Happy Victoria Day Weekend!  This weekend marks what many feel is the beginning of summer!  Whether you are headed to the cottage, camping or hanging out at home, the weather looks like it’s going to be nice so be sure to get outdoors and have some family fun this weekend!

Queen Victoria Birthday Celebration @ Upper Canada Village – Join in the celebration as our 1860s Village celebrates Queen Victoria’s birthday. Sing “God Save the Queen”, hear historical patriotic speeches, see grand military maneuvers, lace up for the 1860s athletic games, help out with the Village’s “Queen” (a hand-pumped fire engine), and enjoy a piece of birthday cake.

Fireworks over the Falls – The Victoria long weekend also marks the return of Canada’s longest-running fireworks series. Falls fireworks will take place on Friday, May 17, Sunday, May 19, and Monday, May 20 at 10 p.m., and will continue every Friday, Sunday, and holiday until September 1, preceded by the popular Coca Cola Concert Series on the Victoria Park Stage. The best views are in Queen Victoria Park overlooking Niagara Falls.
